AES STUDENT DESIGN AND RECORDING COMPETITIONS

Focal Press is again a proud sponsor of both the Student Design and Student Recording competitions at AES!

All finalist will receive a Focal Press book.

Attend the Student Design Competition session on Friday, October 18th from 9:00 am — 10:30 am and hear the students present their designs.

Attend the Student Recording Competition session on Friday, October 18th from 4:00 pm — 6:00 pm.  The top three finalists in each category, as identified by the judges, will present a short summary of their production intentions and the key recording and mix techniques used to realize their goals. They will then play their projects for all who attend.
